Preparing Sen-Chan Noodle:
1. Add water to cover Sen-Chan Noodle in a bowl.
2. Wait until Sen-Chan
Noodle get softer, and then drain water out.
3. When Sen-Chan
Noodle get a bit dryer, it is ready to be cooked.
How to Make Padthai:
1. Set a pan on the medium-heat stove then add cooking oil.
2. Add prepared
Sen-Chan
Noodle into the pan.
3. Mix water with Padthai sauce (1.5:1) and pour into the pan, then stir well.
4. Add shrimp, eggs, bean sprouts, scallion and preferable Padthai ingredients, then stir well and serve.
The taste is incomparably delicious and this menu becomes one of the most popular Padthai dishes among Thai and foreign customers.
