Mack CH Set Forward Axle 1992-2004 OEM Style Chrome Aftermarket Bumper 14" Wide Will also work on set forward truck with plastic 3 piece plastic bumper. Please note: Does Not fit set back axle CH nor will it fit the set back axle CH with the 3 piece plastic bumper. If you are not sure upload a picture of the front and side through the Ebay messenger and I will tell you what you have. Please Note: If your bumper bracket is is welded to the bumper, this bumper will not work on your truck! Excellent Quality One year limited manufacturers warranty for workmanship and materials. The manufacturer recommends 35 ft/lbs of torque on the bolts when mounting the bumper. Cracking / peeling around the bolt holes is not covered by the warranty due to over torqueing so please do it right the first time! We also carry many other body parts for the cab forward of Class 5 thru Class 8 trucks including hoods, grilles, grille surrounds, bumpers, lights, fender extensions, fairings, radiators and charge air coolers.
