The tuning knob lets you easily scan the dial for stations — or you can use the 10-number keypad on the front panel for direct access to specific channels. 40 station presets give you even speedier access to your favorites, and you can assign an 8-character name to each preset for easy identification.
The large 13-character display on the front panel can also display Radio Text information when you're listening to stations offering RDS (Radio Data System) services. You'll be able to view song titles, artist names, and other information broadcast by participating stations. You can also use RDS Search to scan for different genres of music (rock, country, R&B, jazz, etc.) or other types of programming (news, sports, talk, etc.).
