    Description

    The chamber measures 15" deep with a 7.5" diameter. The platform is 5.5" wide. This pulls to a few tens of microns, possibly deeper with the capability of the pump. I'm including an extra gasket (o-ring).
    The window is about 3/4" thick plexiglass.
    The flange into the chamber is a KF-40, NW-40 fitting and attachs to a Manifold with a KF 16 port to the vacuum pump. Condition is "Used".
